Red Wine Fights Ageing
Studies show an ingredient found in red wine may extend the lifespan of humans. Researchers found adding resveratrol, a compound found in Red Wine from the skins of grapes, to the daily diet of short-lived fish prolonged their lifespan and delayed the onset of age-related memory and other problems. Also, in a recent study done on mice, it was found that daily consumption of the compound found in the skin of grapes broadly improved the long-term quality of life of middle-aged mice. This evidence seems to explain why, on average, French people who are known for their moderate Red Wine intake, seem to be more spry and energetic well into their later years. So if we Take a lesson from their daily routines and habits, and resolve to add a glass of red wine to our daily diet, we will be on a tasty path in helping slow down our body's aging process.
